By downloading or using Glorii, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app. You must be at least 13 years of age to use Glorii.
2. Licence
Glorii grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of this app or its content.
3. Free & Pro Tiers
Free tier: supported by advertisements. All core content features are accessible.
Pro tier: subscription fee charged via Google Play. Removes all ads and provides access to premium features. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4. In-App Purchases
Content packs are one-time purchases processed by Google Play. We do not issue direct refunds outside of Google Play's refund policy. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with reasonable notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content, design, code, and branding is owned by Dawnmark Co. or licensed to us. Background images are sourced from Unsplash and Lorem Flickr under their respective licences.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the app for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer the app, or circumvent any access controls or subscription verification.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Glorii is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind. Exercise, nutrition, and wellness content is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dawnmark Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
